About

About Tahsin Had

One team, accountable for the whole project.

Projects fall behind and over budget most often when nobody owns the whole picture — design decisions, contractor coordination, cost control and approvals all end up managed separately, by different people, on different timelines.

Why we exist

We remove the gap between the people on a project.

Tahsin Had exists to remove that gap. We take responsibility for planning, coordinating and controlling a project from initiation through close-out, acting as the client’s single point of contact with consultants, contractors and authorities throughout.

Under one project management licence, we apply the same framework to software projects and to physical, on-site work — our role is always project management, not the direct execution of development or construction.

How a project moves through Tahsin Had

The same four stages, applied consistently regardless of scale.

01

Initiate

Define scope, objectives, budget and the roles of everyone involved.

02

Plan

Build the schedule, budget and procurement route the project will run on.

03

Execute & control

Coordinate delivery day to day, tracking cost, risk and progress against the plan.

04

Close out

Manage inspections, snagging and handover documentation so the project closes cleanly.
